The bride, mom, and bridal party should be almost done with the hair and makeup within 15 minutes of the arrival of the photographer/videographer. This allows enough time for getting ready photos. Photos should start around 2.5 hours before the ceremony. If you are doing a first look, it should be 4 hours before the ceremony. Please keep in mind the amount of photographer/videographer hours (8, 9 or 10) when scheduling the timeline for your wedding day.
